Does anyone have more insight into what happened to our folks located in Spain?
The cuts were probably relatively similar to us in the UK or Ireland but I have heard very little internal chatter about the actual outcome.

Presumably very similar outcome to Ireland and the UK, approx same percent of layoffs, loads of people will decline.
Sad to see this happening to the young talent in Barcelona which moved specifically for VMware.
I hear package super great. Lawyers have done a great job... Someone I know with 5yrs is getting close to 9 months approx payout So yes UK Ireland nothing in front of them..
If the package was more attractive than UK, well plenty will leave I think.
30% of folks laid off yesterday. We'll see how many reject the offer in the next week.
