It seems many departments are shifting people managers to IC's and then their director reports along with them are now all reporting to the same c13. Now the c13 has people in 3 to 4 different ranks between exempt and non-exempt. Are the ranks going to change next?

Anyone below 8 tier from Jane are individual contributors.. no change to compensation package YET ..
What about the money where it matters
