International mobility

Hello,

Do you know what the internal mobility policy is at Broadcom? I need to move from one European country to another (with visa sponsoring requirement) for personal reason. I can do my job from both country without any impact

There is policy. It's on the official portal. You know, the portal. The place you should be posting this instead of to the public.

International mobility is literally in there.

Please post you name, age, and list of countries you want to live in. Hock will personally take care of it.

Ask your manager or HR. It's not the question can be answered here. Why are you asking totally unrelated question? Do you have brain?

Bro, this is a layoff forum.

Visa sponsorship is extra cost and not supported. You will be let go upon visa expiry, without any severance.

It’s non-existent in any kind of funded capacity. Hock wants you in the office you’ve been recruited against - he’s not going to spend any money on facilitating your move to a different one.
