This is the attitude of senior staff lately and a message I have heard on more than one occasion in recent months directly.

Some heartless ba----d made the decision to remove the old cost+1% employee purchase program on Dell.com. Why just breakeven, when you can make money out of these minions because they don't even deserve a little gesture as Thank you for working for Dell. Heartless penny pinching.
