Since Sapience has deployed to the majority of the orgs, the upper echelons should now trust us to work harder, whether it be from home or in the office.

I no longer log in at home. 8 hours period. Not 1 second more.
Frankie is like the wizard of oz… a little man hiding behind a curtain pulling levers and pushing buttons
Because nobody ever logs on after hours at home to keep projects moving or answers emails on their phone on weekends. Only counting time in office is so ridiculous it’s almost too stupid to talk about. I’ll do what I do. I set my schedule. I get my work done. Well. In my experience people who work 12 hour days take 6 hours to figure out how to take a screen grab.
The difference now is they are saying if you don’t get 7 hrs of work on sapience, you will work 5 days a week in office. And that’s 7 hrs of constant working they can track. Turn around and talk to a coworker about work, doesn’t count. Don’t dare collaborate unless it’s on teams
Because this is NOT the same sapience. I guess you still don’t get that no matter how many times it comes up
Why does Sapience keep coming up? It's been around for years now. Why the fear? Did executives magically figure out how to care and use it...kinda doubt it when you look at the org chart.
I don’t think the OP gets it; FB does not believe in WFH and will never change his position or beliefs. God knows how many talented people have been pushed out or let go over the years because of this.
And Sapience is just another form of tracking and control. That and badge scan reports gives him the data needed for RIFs.
They don't care about you, or productivity. Only tax breaks are important.
It’s just a tool to get everyone to 5 days a week
