Thread regarding Optum layoffs

a giant middle finger to witty, conner and their lackeys.

You found the perfect year to give us no raises, and cut our bonuses.
Go f*** yourselves. You and the board can try restoring the change network on your own.

Also go right ahead and make those self congratulatory linkedin and tickdock posts.

0x raise, 0x performance.

Such an unethical, toxic culture!!! ONLY money for the C-suite, not the leadership and staff that actually does the work. Hope those ba----ds get all that's coming to them.

Who knows, maybe it was a set up to clear out Change now that they got the data they wanted. The BS of helping save the physician practice was just for good publicity.

To those of us out of there, we are so darn lucky not having to scramble for their reporting as they spin everything as usual.

Heard there were no raises and if you were lucky to get a bonus it was severely reduced; wow, sure that is NOT ok but they will again try and wiggle out of this as a victim. Good luck this time. Karma is the ultimate payback

To the poster below this one. Glad you are not employed in corporate strategy. Such nonsense.

Interesting someone else had the idea that maybe the "hack" was planned. The results have aligned perfectly with their goals. Optum got the data and has now destroyed CHC. Any fallout is just collateral damage. All the fines and legal threats won't amount to anything relative to what leadership will reap financially, and no one will be held accountable. "It wasn't us. It was the hackers." So I also wondered why, if the ransom was paid, services were not restored. That may have been planned, too, with leadership taking a kickback with the hacking group.

Can't wait to hear how witty spins all this on Tuesday's - WE'RE ON FIRE - chat! I typically skip the propaganda but I wouldn't miss this one for the world! He's so unassuming, a wolf in sheep's clothing, aka covert narcissist!

We know they're a**holes and they know it too! Amass great wealth to make others jealous? I think not, instead it indicates you sc--wed something over to get it. They can shove it up their ar-e one dollar at a time while on their journey to he-l.

So they had managers posting the poor doctor who was saved by W meanwhile all the comments on Beckers state the opposite. Many applied for that no interest loan and still haven’t received zilch. How much money did UHG make off interest alone and who is to know if this wasn’t one of their strategic plans and did it on purpose. Maybe they arranged to be hacked. U can’t underestimate what they are willing to do to keep a buck. Another squeeze the lemon plan.
