I don't know how I will keep going if my name isn't on that Apr 15th list.

The funniest part is that I keep getting hopeful every time I hear “more layoffs coming. Over here holding out hope that they pick me soon. Speaks to Dells incredible leadership and sky high morale that myself and MANY others are begging for severance to get out of here ASAP.

"What's the deal with April 15 layoffs at Dell, huh? It's like they're saying, 'Happy Tax Day, here's your pink slip!' You're sitting there, crunching numbers on your Dell computer, trying to figure out your deductions, and then bam! You're the deduction! It's like they're trying to balance the books by subtracting employees instead of expenses. I can just imagine their slogan now: 'Dell – where every April, the only thing you're filing is for unemployment!'"

"Some VPs NEED to go"

Don't forget about the SVPs reporting to SVPs. And senior directors reporting to senior directors. There are plenty of structural changes that should happen. Enough of them hiding and riffing the IC's and frontline managers. Time is right to dig a little deeper.

Some VPs NEED to go. They are responsible for many of the bad direction and lack of revenue. I am glad Dell is making them accountable. Shouldnt have hired them in first place

A few remote VP's gone recently. Probably starting at upper mgmt with getting a I'd of remotes before moving on to the rest of the company

April would follow the trend of the last couple of years.

Not the first time I’ve heard this in recent weeks. Details would be good.
