Rehire question

Does anyone know if UHG/Optum HR has a eligible for rehire indicator for former employees?

If you are invited as an alumni, then you are eligible for rehire.

Yes, alumni to Optum are flagged as Red (Do not hire), Green (eligible for rehire), or Yellow (caution)

Honestly don't care if they marked my profile as an 'N' or 'Y' when I resigned. I purposely burnt 'bridges' on the way out the door and proud that I did. No regrets.

Look up ur state law and usually u can request a copy of ur record or u can be allowed to see it. It’s the LAW. Then u can see any and all dirt they wrote after u left.
