I once held a favorable opinion of Ernest. However, it has come to my attention that his current focus appears to be singularly fixated on the recruitment of individuals from the Black community. There is now a distinct and concerning pattern emerging wherein he is actively pursuing the exclusion of White men from the Supply Chain sector. Notably, he is presently engaged in attendance at the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) recruiting event. Despite invitations to participate in more inclusive recruitment initiatives encompassing diverse demographics, he has declined, deeming them excessively oriented towards White candidates. The transformation of HP's practices into what could be construed as discriminatory against White men is profoundly disconcerting. One must question the tenability of Ernest's continued employment in light of these developments.

Why are there events like NSBE anyway
Just watch what will happen - you will be seeing a class action discrimination lawsuit happening. You can thank Ernest for expediting HP’s demise.
I guess Ernest is just being Earnest about his goal of creating more diversity. LOL
I do think Ernest is the worst. In our last F2F, he basically forced us into agreeing with his vision of diversity using the term diversity of thought was his focus. He is not looking for diversity of thought, he is looking for the elimination of white men at HP. I personally think he is a racist.
Answer me this, was there any white men on his trip to NSBE?
Why does he only meet with young black males and females when he does his business trips?
The only white men he meets with are his peers or a few of his direct reports.
Ones actions speak a million words. Ernest's actions speak only one in my opinion, racist.
It is rather ironic that Ernest purports to advocate for diversity, considering the striking lack thereof within his HP Entourage at the NSBE event. Such glaring incongruity between his professed values and actual practices renders him susceptible to the charge of hypocrisy.
