Are they letting everyone work from home next week so when you're notified that you're laid off, you won't be able to make a scene in the office?

and that sums it up right there, prime example as to how Citi thinks, which is why we are in this predicament to begin with. A one size fits all, non-out of the box thinking. Don’t do what makes sense. If someone has a thought or an idea, since its not my idea, automatically lean in the other direction.

No, it's BAU. "We're better together" we had some employees ask their Directors if they could work from home in case they were laid off and were told no.

OP here. This was not told to me. Pure speculation. But it seems very possible. We weren't given this option last spring break.
