I have a coworker making $80k+ while doing quality of work that an intern or high school student could do. How do I get them fired?

Get a life, mind your business and stop worrying about other people. You are a jerk.
Make them white. They’ll be canned immediately so that VPs can get their law breaking race quota based bonuses. If they’re a woman or intersectional in any way, you’re wasting your breath
Their manager can put them on a PIP performance improvement plan. If they don’t meet goals then it’s cause to terminate. It’s a long process. Focus your energy on what you can control. Namaste
Don’t hate the player, hate the game.
You should join your co-worker. CVS will drop you in a second like they did to thousands in the fall. Your loyalty is misplaced. 80k isn't even much at cvs so stop griping. You should go on an h1b salary site and look at how much cvs pays them, then will really get mad! All h1b salaries are public info with empoyer site and job title, no names tho, so go try that and see who to be mad at
Stop picking on K@ren Lyn€h - she may be doing high school level work but she really believes in herself. That’s what you do. Eyes on your next job.
Welcome to today's working world. My advice is to just worry about yourself. There are always going to be these types of people in the workforce. If they are not directly affecting you being able to perform your job try not to let it get on your nerves. Unfortunately, unless they are doing something that you can report to their boss, or the ethics department, there's not much you can do. Being a slacker, or underperforming, is the problem for their boss - not yours. The corporate world is full of people who don't pull their weight & make way more than their contributions justify. Your perception may be right on the money - or - it may be way off, it's not your concern. Sorry I can't offer some fantastic way to get them fired. It may be frustrating as he-l but just lace up your sneakers, put on your game face, and do what you're supposed to do for your team and yourself.
