Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Sinking Ship

Truist is a sinking ship. The leadership have no idea what they’re doing. They layoff people to cover up their mistakes. I have zero faith in this company or leadership. They make everyone’s job way more difficult than it needs to be. It’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for.

I actually have faith. Truist stock price has done exceptionally well as of late. Truist can be a tough environment. I do think the company will do well financially for the foreseeable future

Left in January, and couldn’t be happier. I started looking in October when layoff news broke. Everyone should be looking for jobs, truist is a sinking ship and whatever makes it out of this storm won’t be worth being apart of.

Preach. As someone who works across different LOB's/segments here -- I have the same thoughts nearly every day.
