Has anyone been granted RSUs in 2024? I'm curious if that's still a thing and I'm just a bad employee 😆 or whether Dell doesn't do it anymore.
I had some 2021 RSUs vest this year, which was a pleasant added bonus - but not sure if I will ever see any grants the future.

$120 acquisition costs - so not sure where these be heading in 3-years
"What's the deal with Dell's RSU and bonus, huh? You're there, putting in the hours, hitting those targets, and then comes the big moment – the reward! But instead of a pat on the back, it's like they're saying, 'Here's your compensation... in the form of a riddle!' RSUs, bonuses – it's like they're speaking in some sort of financial code. 'Congratulations, you've unlocked the mystery box of future wealth... or maybe just a fancy paperweight!' It's enough to make you want to ask, 'Can I trade these stocks for some real stock... like chicken stock?' Oh Dell, always keeping us guessing, one RSU at a time!"
Got a very unexpected LTI this year as an I7.
I got LTI as an i6, but it doesn't offset the pit my salary is in.
The peons don’t get them.
Is or was it a thing that you could have more than one at the same time? Any time I had one it would vest over 3 years, I wouldnt get another in those three years, but at the end of that period I would get another.
Yes, i both granted LTI to team members this year and received some myself. It's still a thing.
As a manager, I was able to get grants for 3 of my employees. That said, I had been getting them previously and didn’t get one this year. I’m not actually an LTI approver, so had to justify to the people above me.
As a mgr I have not given them out since 2020. even then it was just one team member and I had to submit a long write up as to why that person was a great performer and a flight risk.
RSU budget was reduced. Not everyone who got them before got them this year
Nope. Got some vesting next year though . I suspect it was the great resignation that made Dell the golden handcuffs.
