No Opportunity to Review Managers?

Reviews have come and gone and while I appreciate the feedback- I couldn't help but notice I wasn't asked to provide feedback for those I report to. I actually would have had positive feedback to provide- I'm lucky to have good managers.... But is it normal that managers don't have any accountable to those they report to or an opportunity for their team to evaluate them? I find the lack of accountability and feedback a little concerning.
