Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Executive Bone-Us

I see a lot of incompetent executives and can not help but wondering how they can possibly receive as a cash bone-us.

How much is it? Is it a percentage? How does it work?

Hey Down Vote Guy, if you have different information to share, let’s hear it. Why down vote your colleagues who share the info the OP was seeking if you have nothing to offer?

Very well ranked lower level exec makes total compensation of $1 M per year. But hard to maintain that ranking unless you are just transitioning through in your way up or they are needing to retain you for a specific skill.

I had a CL 30 in the downstream business unit tell me his comp could range from $500-800K with around $300K base salary. That would be anywhere from $200-500K bonus with a mix of RSU and EBU (cash).

Presume the OP means a regular exec like CL30-32 level managers and not corporate officer / C-Suite level (which those are available in our proxy materials)

Due to confidentiality agreements execs are not supposed to share info. And due to the questionable decision making/criteria on who is exec, the company doesn’t want to share anything about the program, as it would just raise more questions. EM is much less transparent than other companies.

Look at the Form 4 for each one on SEC website.

Bonuses given in November on Form 4 and also total stock owned at that time.
