This post is obvi troll. C13 are not being promote to no c14s. Lol, they will be out. In rare instances if c14 manager leaves then maybe a v13 would be promoted bit doubt that. As some c14s become c15 and come c15 get demoted to IC or c14. Jane gone in 2025 to bora bora. The witch can go. She collects one more bonus and she is out.
