— 10% of annual target bonus in April 2024 as a one-time, non-bonus discretionary payment, not performance based.
— 10% of annual target bonus in June 2024 as a "derisking" retention partial bonus, not performance based.
— 10% of annual target bonus in September 2024 as a "derisking" retention partial bonus, not performance based.
— 10% of annual target bonus in December 2024 as a "derisking" retention partial bonus, not performance based.
— 10% of annual target bonus in February 2025 as a "derisking" retention partial bonus, not performance based.
— 40% of annual bonus in April/May 2025 only if company goals are met. Partial/lesser payment possible, down to zero.
— No raises/cost of living adjustments/merit increases/whatever you want to call them for bonus eligible employees.
— Promotions are possible, based on business need, but on a rolling basis rather than two specific cycles.
— Review cycles continue as normal.
@2sqp+1rDjlO3c oof. I knew it was a long shot but would have been nice to think the lay-offs paid back in some way considering how chaotic 2023 was. Surprised? No. Disappointed? A little. I hope it works out for everyone still there!
@2rpg+1rDjlO3c I agree with you. It’s a loophole and sketchy but that’s what the fine print said in the all company call a few weeks ago
@1piz+1rDjlO3c that literally makes no sense.
Unfortunately that’s not true. Any bonus paid in 2024 will be out of the 2025 bonus plan so it won’t include people who have already left the company
I've heard that anyone employed on December 31st is eligible for the bonus, even if they are no longer working for the company when it gets paid out. So the bonus is of interest to laid off people too. It's a tough job market out ther, us laid off people can use any money we can get right now.
This is a site for and about layoffs, not boasting that you were not tossed aside like day old bread.
Today's All People meeting said we will have updates in 2 weeks
Cute comment thanks for that
Here's a bonus: leaving 2u/edx will make you feel better - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
