what is going on moving people to Claremont from Catawba on volunteers trunk on 3 day weeks nothing done as they used to be... all things done on a whim.. no process done the same making up sh-t on the fly! No accountability. We sure don't see or hear of any of the leadership taking any pay cuts in fact hire more VP's

You're not wrong. Too much focus within the company, on equality and diversity, when in reality there are much bigger problems.
HR is a joke. There are people waiting for their short-term disability checks their worker compensation checks. HR department wants to run the whole company and they can't take care of a simple few tasks. We did hire a DEI person. Diversity equity and inclusion that makes a whole bunch of money. Woke will go broke always. When they figure out the people that make the product pay their salary they might figure it out. If there's any layoffs again they definitely need to be at the top of the food chain to a bunch of incompetent people. There are so many special jobs for special people. It's not who you know it's who you blow.
You get out what you put in. If the ones at the top are putting fk all into it, then so are we at the bottom.
They're not breaking their backs for a six figure salary and a four digit bonus to boot so why expect min wage shop floor dude to.
It's a messy world out there. One thing is for sure Commscope has no clue. We have one of the worst management teams in business today. Who takes a company who's making money hand over fist. Everybody was doing well. But the greed always sets in so now we're at the point we've made bad purchases of other companies we've hired those id--ts that ran those companies. Let's double down and cheapen our product take out this piece of tape take out this piece of thread let's twist it faster let's make it run quicker. To make your product inferior to where your sales force has nothing to sell except price. And we're at the point now we can't sell anything until we get our next check a food stamps from the government. Now is that a good business plan anybody who ran a company who would cheapen their product and wait on government to pay your bills. All these id--ts need to be fired starting when I work right down the road where they work and their bosses need to be fired as well. I don't want to try any harder than they are what's the point. But I stand behind my work. Hope that next EBT check comes soon.
