BH office gone from bad to worse, why? if some one is not in the office 4 days a week, HR is sending an email to VPs and they are summoning the employees to be in the office all 4 days, for what? to be in a crowded office which is so noisy and we cannot get any thing done. Internet is slow, restrooms full, food in the cafeteria is as bad as it can be, come bonus and increment , I got 10k , out of which 2k was cash and 8k stocks over 3 years , are you kidding me, no increments. most ppl who didnt relocate to BH were asked to leave on 3/31, folks worked over 10-15 years, ppl still working at BH location have no talent to find better remote jobs, that being said My last date is March 31 as well!SVPs who have no idea about the product but su-k up to their buddies!

Talk to the FD folks in Omaha … same type of office, same Frank BS… they’ve just been beaten to submission. Too tired, weak or stupid to complain.
Funny thing. For tax break people in BH NJ doesn't give you more if your employees are in a minimum of 2 days. The top management and directors are just mo--ns or have no back bone. Or just have nothing better they can do. Either way fu-k this sh-t.
Be sure to waste even more time in your day not in an office walking to the office from parking. We don't even get paid competitive industry salaries. Only the people who are insane or have no options or are super complacent stay here. Not the best and bright. Congratulations Frank!
