Most citizens are being laid off and replaced with Tech Mahindra employees that are from India. I saw this constantly, until I was also let go.

I started a few days before a female from India and she was offered the position while I was walked out. Again, I had seen this many times before but didnt think it would happen to me.

Sad but true.

I would not be surprised if Charlie took advantage of this similar to Tyson foods. He and his company have lost so much money that he would do anything to come out not completely bankrupt.

I have not seen anything about mass layoffs from online articles or employee review sites. I think there would be articles or employee reviews that mention mass layoffs.

As per immigration law and USCIS/DHS processes, after a mass layoff, companies cannot file new GC paperwork and have to suspend existing intermediate steps of GC for 6 months from the lay off date. The date keeps on rolling forward if there are more rounds of lay offs in those 6 months.
