If dell wants to reach their Bain numbers then it's going to cost them. to protect their brand dell should offer the voluntary separation program again. Better than a warn act or the hassle of making folks angry about roto.

@1oqf+1rDN0rSX unfortunately those who passed in this timeline are not coming back. But if the LHC and CERN keep messing with things who know what timeline we'll wind up in.
can Dell bring my dad back
Just ask your manager to put you on the list for any 2H opex reduction, simple! You would also save someone’s job as everyone knows more involuntary cuts are coming
“Hey we didn’t expect 50k people to take VSP, we need to hire some college interns!”
Do more with less
Yea -- but you'd expect a reasonable company to do that...that's not the "Dell way"
I'd take it too!
They don’t care if people are angry and they don’t care about their reputation. They only care about saving money. They don’t WANT to pay severance, that’s why they are making things miserable. They want people to quit. And if that doesn’t happen quickly enough, they’ll make more BS policies (like the 39 badging in days) for people to break and get fired.
I’d love it if they offered VSP. Get me out of here!
Im in.
I concur. I would accept that offer.
