Your entire C level management implemented strategies that got TU to where it is today. Rather than owning up to your failure and resigning, you layoff entire teams. And then shamelessly take Millions in bonus and ask those who survived the layoffs to show empathy and step up and pick up the slack. People who actually do some meaningful work that keeps this company running are to suffer.
