First, they slashed bonus
Second, they said no hikes or promotions
Third, they let go lot of good people and people who helped company to get to Cloud.
CEO and CTO are not worth their posts.

Used to be a Billion Dollar Company - Thousand Dollar Support. Now it will become a million dollar take over target because a lift and shift will turn it to a big ole Sh**. Sounds simple, but the highly dysfunctional managed operation will crash and burn. Core Business will be "oopsie" did I do that? What do you mean it had this dependancy ? The Savior will be crucified but not have the focasted outcome. Time to put some lipstick on.
I left one year ago today, best move ever. All my old team was let go last December. I agree CEO and CIO are trash.
I quit there (chicago HQ) in 2018, thank god. Heard today that 4 former coworkers in database engineering, all with 20+ years, were let go. They won't stop until all tech jobs are in India. Fu--ing sc-m.
