31 year employee here, was told I had to give up my Sunday off that I had for 31 years( and they gave it to someone else). I told them no since I go to church, management said doesn't matter. I still refused, Have been cut to two days a week, probably will lose health insurance or have to pay them out of pocket to keep it. I told them I was grandfathered in at 28 hrs. Was told that does not apply anymore. Basically they said your grandfathered in to be considered full time at 28 hrs but we don't have to give you 28 hrs. Manager no help, Leads su-k at their jobs, I have to correct their stupid A**s on things. HR is no help.

Yes, if you were hired before (January 2001) you are grandfathered at 28 hours full time. Ask your HR the specific date.
