Probably because they're too busy salivating over all the money they're planning to save by offshoring.
This is so annoying.
We already have most of the roles moved to offshore.
We are falling short to face clients and now this news.
Whatever clients are pending will not be extending for sure.
What a fu--ing clown. I’d say the c suite will get what’s coming to them one day but they won’t. It’s always the people who do the work and seldom the dead weight.
The goal for the company is to move as much work as possible to the Global Operating Centers.
I am speculating, but this will be large - somewhere between ~900-1,000 employees if the original communication was for total 1,300 employees and only 339 were announced last year.
Has anyone received the calendar invites yet as mentioned by Cartwright?
Has anyone noticed a change in the Workday org charts in the past week? My org now has changes that don't make sense to how my team is currently structured. Wondering if this is related.
Talk about brand reputation! Why would any business work with TU under this madman? Tosses US employees out. Looks, feels, and smells extremely anti-American.

It is possible, even likely, for departments to have multiple waves of layoffs.

I wish I could say we didn’t see this coming. But it’s still unbelievable— 4 months later another wave. This is seriously fu---d up. At least the severance is decent right?! FML
