I’ve been with this railroad for a long time now and I want to believe it can’t get any worse but these fckers outdo themselves on a daily basis. BNSF has a serious management problem from top to bottom. Majority of them are guys that couldn’t cut in their craft and the rest are college kids who think they can make real railroading decisions after 2 days on the job. If we did half the sht the way they wanted it done we would have to close shop in a week. Maybe that’s the grand plan is to run it into the ground and sell it off after uncle Warren kicks the bucket.

Your just a number, until your not. Profit margin runs the rail now. That's the only thing they care about.
I agree 100 percent and have been here 27 years . There is literally nothing that happens that can surprise us anymore. Its a sh-t show on the daily anymore even when train traffic is slow. Its gon a get worse before it gets better for sure.
Sad part is every class one railroad is this way. Top executives got spoiled by huge bonuses years ago when economy was booming. Now they have to cut jobs just to get their bonus where they want. But how's that bonus gonna look when you can't cut any more???
