The Borger Refinery has barely run at all and has missed out on a lot of great margins in the last 2 to 2.5 years.
In addition, morale across most groups is at rock bottom.
How long is the company going to stick with the current leadership hoping and praying that things will change? They’re just beating their heads against a wall!

The flare is used to relieve pressure in a safe manner to keep a unit or piece of equipment at or below the safe operating pressure.
There any number of reasons why a unit might be going to the flare, but in most cases, it’s some unit upset.
When the pressure is relieved, it will go to the flare where the vapor is burned off. If it wasn’t burned off, a cloud of vapor could form and then find an ignition source, causing an explosion.
So when a flare is burning very high or multiple flares are burning, this signifies a problem, in most cases.

Why does the flare mean something bad is going on?
The flares are once again going big time today. So the refinery is obviously having another bad day.
There has to be something they can do to make the refinery run better. This getting close to Keystone Cops status. I almost feel sympathy for the RLT.
Again. How long?
The flare!!!! Ha ha, he he, ho ho. The flare!
The Borger Refinery and P66 as a whole are mere caricatures.
That flare is cutting into my oatmeal fund. Turn that off and go go go
The flare she’s big today! Heh, Heh, Heh!
Oh, Borger is a tax write off! The refinery is for show only. Minimal effort is spent operating the Units and minimal funds are allocated to keeping the refinery running. Very sad situation out there. Who you know not what you know promotions.
What’s the latest news on the contract up there?
Be careful,Werewolf!! I’ve heard they think they know your identity and are actively trying to pin you down.
Gosh, the Borger Refinery has major problems. Shareholder value is negligible and the atmosphere is comparable to that of So--m!
I’m off today so I don’t know what is going on but the flare is going big time. Of course that’s a normal day at the refinery.
Morale is a lot lower than rock bottom.
Bruhther, that’s the best of the best! There is no leadership greater than tho
