The height of crony managership at Tesla could be proven by instances where employees are getting terminated, while their managers are getting promoted. There are a couple of examples where some managers have gotten 2 promotions within 3 years just because they were good at buttering their department heads and sc--wing over their directs with no promotions and bad ratings.
These incompetent rotten apples with their new found higher seniority of leadership will ruin the already ruined culture at Tesla. Once they go out in the industry outside Tesla then they will also bring their rotten culture with them.
There should be an industry boycott of hiring Tesla leadership and managers to prevent the spread of this detrimental culture!
