Does anyone know details of the wfr package for UK layoffs

A couple of years back I was told it was 4 weeks for every year (capped at the equivalent of one years pay) plus any outstanding holiday pay and pay in lieu of notice. No idea if this is still the case though, UK statutory redundancy pay is one week per year of service - tax free up to £30K
Only thing in the HR portal is for Korea.
Is there another way to find this information, or is it hidden away?

First £30k of your total package is tax free.
Go to Inside Dell. Go to the HR portal and search for Severance. You should be presented with a list of countries to select from and you should be able to download a PDF with your countries policy.
why don't you ask HR and tell us??
