Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

Glassdoor reviews

It's encouraging to see that the Glassdoor reviews are now reflecting a truer picture of Udit and his VP's toxic behavior. HR is now actively soliciting employees to post 5-star reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of such positive feedback.

A more genuine and effective approach would involve treating employees with the respect and professionalism they deserve, coupled with a dose of humility from management. This change in attitude would go a long way.

Wouldn't happen in Ireland, our labour laws wouldn't tolerate that nonsense.

I added an honest not so great review on Glassdoor anonymously and my toxic boss and the HR rep made my life a living, toxic he-l right after that and let me go with a severance package. This was right after I received an exceeding performance review. I don’t trust Waters or Glassdoor at all. Worst place, HR, and management I’ve ever worked for.

HR asking for employees to do positive review of the company and the CEO its probably happening since they fired the business HR leader. Belinda was not supportive of this strategy when it was brought up before.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s a top priority for us to retain our talented employees, who we know make the Waters difference. We’re committed to the success of our people as we build teams we love working with.
We are all in this together."

If this is the case then why dont they allow Employees to work full Remote ???
Many of us talented employees have proven that we are very effective working remote and in many cases actually are more productive !!!!

REDDIT POSTER- I have a close family member that works for Glassdoor. I spoke to this person and found out that a very recent strategic repositioning for Glassdoor is that they are trying to become a PR company of sorts, so they are focusing on brand management for companies. As a result, they are getting very aggressive with negative review-takedowns while allowing very obviously fraudulent positive reviews to remain the same

It is crucial to report any fake 5-star reviews on Glassdoor immediately. This will help Glassdoor to identify and eliminate any malicious attempts to manipulate or game the system. We must ensure that the reviews on Glassdoor reflect the company's performance.

I just checked Glassdoor, and it seems that HR doesn't respond to one-star reviews. It's quite amusing, isn't it?

Definitely salaries on glassdoor are made up.wages for management,hr,etc are amongst the lowest in the industry.most likely they're all sitting waiting for a package.
