Wow!! I was a VP barely above 100K and the most bonus I ever received was $1000. LOL I can’t believe Citi is trying to save money and got rid of me. I was making peanuts!!

No wonder the company is having "expense guidance" and such. You can't continue to give hefty 32K-40K bonuses when you're in the red. Do like other companies when times are bad and cut those bonuses down. If the SVPs don't like it then they can work elsewhere or wait until things get better to get back to where they were raise/bonus wise. D-mb.

Depends on job function and length with the organisation. If I am in front office like Markets and a long-timer, I would be highly paid
