A cashier has claimed her new training gives no indication of the 20% remaining in March with the new rewards card. The new literature says nothing other than the 5% off and the $5 coupon with a card (what a joke!). But a specialist swears it's coming back with the new program. Can you imagine if it doesn't? Lowe's will be in a mess.

Really?? Not based on what I'm seeing, unless you intend to get nothing but Pro cards. This sh-t fest is a joke.
I'm tired of pushing these damn cards, too. Will ask, but any resistance or a quick no, then nothing more on my part. To he-l with the grief.
Update... The so-called specialist in back, one known for tall takes, and thinks he's a god, now claims he has no idea about the 20%.
Fact... The 20% will be offered on Pro cards... But say goodbye to the rewards card.
You expect associates to get apps with no reward other than a $5 coupon? The usual 5% will mean nothing, unless you work in appliances or flooring.
Lowe's, you lose BIG TIME.
And, take it from me, one of the top credit producers in Arizona, I don't give a sh-t any longer. As others have said, now a pay check and NOTHING else.
I pray it does stay. Some early signage shows the business card maintaining it, but absolutely no mention of the consumer card. No 20% on the consumer side would cause a major issue for all involved. Lowe's, you get what you deserve.
