Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

The end goal

Any thoughts on how many people this management is looking to keep on board with layoffs? Are they aiming for a specific number that they think the company can run with, or is it more like they're just gonna keep laying off people until they start feeling the pinch of not having enough hands on deck?

They should fire 100% of Managers and Directors, those are the ones that lost the Nielsen advantage...

It's McKinsey. If they present a study: 100 id--ts outperformed 10.000 employees and won the lottery they'd replace every employee with an id--t.

The data analysts feel that their jobs are safe but they will be the easiest to replace with offshore employees.

They don’t need to know the business, they just need to know how to analyze metrics.

I think if this regime could run the company on 100% AI & out of country employees, they would.
