The place is a monumental disaster, just wish it would implode. There will be layoffs, that's for certain. Part of the goal is attrition due to no raises and minimal, if any bonuses; the attrition would be organic downsizing to help minimize layoffs. However, there will be massive layoffs coming. This place is a health hazard. GET out , you will be glad you did.

I'm not sure if bonuses are paid out in different areas in the company at different dates, but I was told the bonus would be paid end of March this year

So much negativity and FUD spreading. I long since stopped trusting anything I see here. Too many with an axe to grind. I only come here to see the wailing and gnashing of teeth. For that, I thank you.
They dont know what way is up. Moving everything offshore is beginning to show up in delivery. Too many people we let go all over the place. its going to be a while before things get better if that ever happens. the good old days are gone.
Maybe waiting to see how harsh theCMS changes will be. Maybe they need more time to make decisions on who to cut. Maybe need to spread out to avoid WARN. Maybe severance costs more than bonus, so hoping more leave on their own.
D-mb question - but why would the company lay people off after they pay out bonuses? Wouldn't it be smart to just dump people first?

I would they wait until they pay up bonuses to layoff people? There have been posts that said Mass layoffs before the bonuses, now we’re predicting after the bonuses lol.
There have been so many people that predicted mass layoffs over the last year, and it simply just has not happened. Has there been layoffs? Yes, but not as bad as people made it out to be.
