I don't see much future for A&C, especially in reselling, where there's significant overlap between CAMs and PAMs, as well as between EMEA and other regions. Moreover, the reseller program is not appealing to many partners who work with other vendors like Microsoft and SAP. Additionally, the team running the program often lacks straightforward answers to partners' basic operational questions and frequently ignores them, making PAMs and CAMs look incompetent. The structure is overly bloated with management that doesn't care about their teams or the smaller partners. From partner feedback, it's clear they are fed up with the insincere expressions of gratitude at the beginning of sessions. Partners just don't believe it, and neither do SF staff, I guess.

Re: the last comment - which divisions within PS do you think will get hit? Solutions Consulting, Ignite, BVS, Architects?

Layoffs from professional services is imminent. Pretty bad outlook for the whole of services and recently comments by Marc. They are going to decouple subscription business from Services.
