I was desperate to leave so in the end, I decided to look for something new without stressing about my paycheck. I found something that sounded really interesting and as a bonus, it let me branch out in my field. The loss of constant mental stress is more than worth the pay cut I took. I haven't been happier in a long time than in the past three months since I left. I highly recommend it.

It wouldn't harm to have execs knowing anything on how to build modern products. Instead they put on the bench sociopaths from the private equity who know only to cut cut cut and throw away lives. Or they keep old factory thinkers running decisions asccompetition all passes by with modern products who work with everything else.
All good people with integrity left 5 years ago…. And were replaced by scammers and backstabbers
I left 5 years ago and my only regrets are the friends that I left behind and a once great company that could have continued to get better under the right leadership.

Never leave resideo even if you’re unhappy. Actually hide it because people are watching. The original post is probably from software trying to push people away so they can hire more of their kind. So faced with such devious attempts to sc--w/backtab you, so smile and send them back with documentation of their malicious game
I also came back it’s easier to play the game at resideo and make money while blaming some other team
I left too but came back. At the new place they made me work all the time and accountability was high. So I came back as I know what to do in resideo
