I sometimes feel like getting laid off from Citi at this point would actually be a blessing. This has turned into a total dead-end job with zero chance of moving up, and the pay definitely isn't worth it. Especially when you consider the crazy amount of work pressure we deal with every single day.

You’re looking at it all wrong.
Take a picture of yourself in front of the Citi sign with a thumbs pose. Then post it on LinkedIn. It’ll show you’re hardcore about Citi and make you feel a whole lot better. It makes working all those hours without the bonus $ for it and the anxiety for it all just melt away. It becomes a non-issue.
