Fiserv management is probably the worst I've ever had to work for. So many are incompetent, inexperienced, happy to bully you into doing something that's not your job, completely closed off to any new ideas, lacking vision, and so on. I can't think of a single positive thing to say about any of them.

I was fortunate to have an excellent management team prior to RTO. Caring, extremely knowledgeable wanted you to succeed, working management. Was absolute pleasure to work with for many years. When they were let go it went downhill fast. JY really hosed us. Wanted to retire from here but pretty sure not going to happen. Actively looking for a new career. Hard when a lot of colleagues are doing the same. A lot of competition and those laid off need the jobs more to feed their families.
These are not the kind of people I want to work for. I only hope I can hang on until I can find another job or retire in the next few years.
I have never seen anything like this in all of my career.
FB and his disciples hate legacy systems. They have long wanted to rebuild everything on more modern platforms but several factors have prevented them from doing this, including:
They don’t know how
It would be expensive and that’s his $$
It would be difficult to impossible
So they focus on the new and shiny things and let the rest rot away.
