What makes someone, at his age, who is worth 40M+ want to keep doing this? Does he hate his own family and not want to spend time with them? Does he get pleasure from ruining families of his employees? Does he get off on watching his employees suffer?
He is so out of touch and living in the 90s.

Serious answer. Small....ummm....stature.
POWER and CONTROL. I feel sorry for people like him. Rich but his life probably su-ks.
Is Jamie as hated at Chase as much as Frank is at Fiserv?
Uncle Frankie has always been jealous of Jamie Dimon since he was pretty much put out at Chase.
He wants to prove he is of Jamie’s caliber but he is so far from it.
He’ll be around until he can show Wall Street he is just as good, which won’t occur, so we’re stuck with him forever.
I ask myself this question all the time! He must get off messing with other people's lives. I don't understand how the US Government says full retirement age is 67 (65 for medicare benefits), yet corporations (not just this one) kick their elders to the curb like trash. Yes, I believe RTO is an exercise in removing older employees as it's much harder for them to pick up and move. Yet coaches, CEOS, even Presidents that don't need the money, get to work until they are almost 80. It's the silent, hidden discrimination that no one talks about.
So much for diversity, I guess it doesn't include the older worker. So many colleagues are gone now, this place is unbearable.
Frank is worth way more than 40 million. He does want to be a billionaire. And he needs validation from Jamie Dimon.
Rumors are he wants to run for office in NJ. He will tout his ‘redevelopment and investment’ in BH and his ability to create jobs. If you didn’t know FB, then that would sound impressive. But everyone who knows him would say that is complete BS.
Frank's goal is to become a billionaire. He thinks that once he hits that milestone then he will be respected by a certain group of people. (He is wrong).
He is doing what KKR tells him
Go ask the politicians and the Fed. They are the enabler.
Not only is he not stopping, I hear he's jumping into the fray and going to produce and sell a line of RTO branded basketball shoes. Lofl.
