More like working with a group of wild dogs. No matter how well your work is they paint you really bad in review if you make them feel like fool. Too many fools bundle together and their major job is to bite good ppls, at least gsoc. These ppl need to go and get fired.

@6whq if you worked in one of the faangs, there's incompetence way down in the chain which is worse. The arguments goes like 'in our ' company, engineers should be smart enough to . Zero accountability. In Q, the tech lead would be fried by the director/sr-director
Sacrifcing engineers like they were disposable is the name of the game played by Sr Dirs and VPs looking to deflect their incompetence. Why the executive level doesn't use the HR complaints to find and filter out the garbage is beyond me. They can't retain talent. Churn and burn.
Don't forget the sh!t-for-brains VPs sitting in AV. Call the plumber, the toilets are clogged again with their management decisions.
PMIC is huge, so it depends, VI should be 100% India, move the Sr Dr there or just let him go. Most useless dude ever. No reason to be in NA. Design, you just can't find talents in India, it is what it is. Systems, maybe half and half, India is not ready for the more complex stuffs but there are some seriously useless fools in NA. The hardware guys are good. That is a small team which does a lot of sh-t. Insane workhorse group, unlike the SD charger goons. Tools? Hardware in NA, software in India. Just my 2 cents.
Which country should the PMIC team move to?
Bitter ex Qcomm folks finally back. Long time since a new post on this forum. Surely, you can do better than that.
I hate to say this but certain teams deserved to be moved to India from California
