AVP trolls are easy remove...COMPLETELY ignore their posts. The berating they get and attention to their attempts to fire people up only strengthens their resolve.
Just don't read or don't respond...be diligent about it however!

There are layoffs everywhere, families are struggling, uncertain future, rapid changes in skill requirement. Sure such times were in past decades as well, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't show care for others.
