Enbridge is by far the worst and most toxic workplace I had to endure. It's not just the higher-ups contributing to the toxic vibes, the employees are just as guilty of it. In fact, sometimes it feels like being toxic is practically a job qualification around these parts.

Hey you if its a worst place why did you stay this long and why dont you just leave now, save a spot for those who like it there. So disrespectful you are shame on you all.
oh yes the old boys club is alive and well. was treated so badly that left. in technical position and many years experience and treated like had no knowledge. lots of eye rolling and no respect when i was allowed to give my opinion. the execs talk the talk but that is all.
Question for people who have been through this, I am in my 60s and am probably one of the ones going, justifiably, if I am severed, can I start collecting my db pension immediately? Or do I have to wait the amount time that they paid me in severence?
The best thing about choice is you don’t actually HAVE to work at Enbridge. If you believe it’s toxic you know what you need to do…it’s a free country. Quit.
Yeah toxic and a lot of entitled brats. Not all areas but some units are more tolerable than others.
Agreed. I’ve never been called an “expensive parasite” before but apparently that’s what people think of the work we do. Sad place to be. Hoping I get a package at this point.
I am in an office building in the GTA. It is pretty bad
Agreed. It's become a terrible place to work (at least in my group). I don't think I'll be layed off but as soon as find something comparable compensation wise I'll be gone. I'm thinking a smaller less bureaucratic company will be better.
