Quiet quitting in the office

What are some of the effective ways I can quiet quit without management suspecting? I want to be able to do it from the office but not arouse suspicion of management. I'm in RR if that helps now we're being forced back onsite.

Just pretend to be an AI expert. Use the buzz words non stop. Just do it in front of Dell internal. Customers can smell the BS AI gimmick a mile away.

If you code or learn, which is easy nowadays, set yourself a goal of automating your entire job. Heck you can do a lot with no code tools like Microsoft power automate. Now the trick to pulling this off is absolutely critical: tell no one.

If nobody knows you automated your whole job they still expect the same level of productivity and you could add another 20% without anyone noticing. Then whenever you feel you need to really stand out for bonus purposes, crank it up a notch. But be careful you don’t overdo it and get promotion. You might have to start al over again or land in a job with a lot of meetings.
