Let me help Mr. Anon. It is true they want to hold individuals accountable. Let's say there is a catastrophic accident. If it can be blamed on you the railroad is still liable, but let me tell you what, if they can pin it on you instead of them paying out "let's say 50 million" if they can find youv were negligent they will still pay, however what they pay will not be that amount......because you were found to be negligent. Again, they WILL be found accountable, but not for said amount..... because YOU will be found responsible! Make sure you document everything for news sources, gov agencies, and the court of public opinion (in the hopes the court of public opinion rallies behind you) An example I can tell you is of a MofW foreman that the tried to place blame on a derailment that ki-led 2 people.

RL2020 your sentence structure and ability to communicate definitely needs to be held to a higher standard. Please clarify, WHO is going to be held accountable? The managers who made the decisions to keep continuing to furlough more and more employees? Or the lower level managers who were complicit by refusing to state there was insufficient man power to meet work demands?
