This time in 2014 the stock was around $50. Now it is $37. This is in the fastest growing segment of the IT market. Yet the BoD let countless ELT members rake in millions with RSUs not linked to growth metrics. Teradata will become a case study in business schools on how NOT to run a company.

I'm surprised it has not dropped more. The investigation will show the financial game the ELT has been playing to inflate expectations. Funny how the results are always flat no matter how much they spin
Shameful - but the pompous ELT is not capable of feeling shame as they keep somehow collecting RSUs and bonuses for driving us into the ditch.
Must have been through couple of stock splits... oh wait... none. 🙄
The BoD and ELT are shameless.
Clueless imbeciles in way over their heads. Now the question is: how long can they feed on the carcass?
Very shameful when you think about it. The number of lost opportunities, failures by management and lack of detail have resulted in a share price that has gone backwards.
Shareholders expect a return on their investment. Not to see it waste away under bad management. I'd be extremely shamed if I was on the ELT.
