Has anyone already been asked to RTO by their manager? Mine has already stated to me that this will help ensure the team is together on specific days and it’s a good idea because it will improve our team spirit and bond. Anyone manage to keep working from home and if so, how?

Just remember that remote work was only because they needed worker bees to continue during pandemic and no other reason.

That logic is irrelevant. SAP is a sweat shop. Hours are meaningless. Deliverable promised by clueless salespeople are all that matter.

Their logic states: If you believe your role can be performed remotely..Does it need to be performed from your location? Remote roles can be performed in low cost locations it seems.

Heres a thought close a few expensive office leases instead of layoffs and let everyone take zoom calls from home.i stead of sitting in traffic for hours just to satisfy and promote stock increase to market.
