We have a new colleague, full-time position, very weird and sketchy person. Well I decided to do some investigating and it turns out there is a mug-shot out there with a dui and domestic violence within the past year??? WTF?! This person didn’t even get interviewed phone or in person..just got hired via email???

I like when one of the managers told me they had the guy who showed up for an interview wearing a hoodie up on his head, reeked of pot, slouched in the chair with his legs stretched out and arms folded. I’m actually surprised they didn’t hire him to work in the cash office! Sadly he wasn’t hired…he sounded like a real catch. 🤪
Remember when Macy's employees would walk around with their noses up in the air? Hiring sales associates with BAs only...My oh My have things changed.
That's so unfair to customers and other colleagues.
Macys gets a tax break for hiring felons in every state.. but its really no different the AP team and the crooks who run the company...
