Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Anyone still working from home

Just "hope and pray" that your final severance pay is not reduced.

Broadcom payroll is calculating "days employed during transition" based on badge in data.

"Office presence" is sure shot way of not losing your gold coins.

I support Return To Office.
WFH is against AVGO mission, vision and values.

So? You don't make the rules. Hock does. And Hock has exceptions that allow me to continue WFH. So, you are saying that your CEO is wrong and that you know best what the AVGO vision is?

Chairman Mao will reward your RTO with a extra cup of rice.

We worked from office during COVID too.
If you cannot come to office, resign, leave and do whatever in your home.

Still at home, less than 5 miles away from the office. Boss doesn't even work in same location. Better equipment at home than in office too.

"I work in the office and leave my dog’s filled po-p bags in front of Hock’s office."

What a stupid, childish post - I find it hard to believe that these people were even employed by VMware - and sounds like this one needs to be fired also.

Looks like the sane normies angered OP enough to cause them to vote everything down.

You're all a bunch of big meanies for not participating in their disinformation campaign.

But, they sure showed you by downvoting.

OP uovoted to +5 and everything else downvoted to -5. Gee i wonder what happened there :D

Some anonymous people take fake internet points far too seriously.

Next time try making up something vaguely believable and you'll have better results.

Broadcon payroll is fixing to get sued, and won't have a leg to stand on.

They are required by law to pay you your salary while you are employed.

If they have a severance payment to make for your employement time, they are going to have a hard time reconciling the difference in your paychecks and the severance payment.

And, please just go lick 9V batteries, your constant reposting of this tired trope is not funny.

Still WFH and no pressure to RTO. You're just spreading fear based upon rumour to heard on these sites. You don't have any facts to back up your claim. And what is your intended message? That if you're WFH you should be worried about your job? Why would you care unless you want to spread FUD.
