30,000 employees x $10 a hat. So the stUPid spent $300,000 on hats that mostly got thrown away. Another reason you can't spell "stupid" without UP. Courage to care? The company doesn't care about its employees, the customers, or the communities their trains go through, and that blatant obvious by their actions. So the whole "courage to care" BS is just that, it's BS! A few months ago it was fill out these damn employee engagement surveys. I never filled one out because I knew it was a waste of time, and I was right. Thousands of employees filled those out just to get furloughed a few months later. There's a reason big corporations have bad reputations, and the Union Pacific is the poster child for that reason.
I got it a few days ago & put in my garbage can. I kept pen so I sign my resignation letter.
I wear mine to sleep every night and PRAY SOC calls me for a trouble call hehehehe, like a child waiting for Santa Clause.
