well yesterday i got my final. what happened to 1st notice? having 4 prior management, i think they just want to get rid of me like some other really good employees. i am garden cashier. some guy ran out of the door with a mower, i’m looking at him and feel nothing... i’m sure i can get a job for more than $15 hr after 6 1/2 years.

Blowes seems to drive away all of the good employees while keeping pieces of shhh-t and hiring even more incompetent people than who were fired. The managers have zero management skills and are threatened by hard working honest people. Shame shame.
